Write to us about anything: a photo that does not look right, a payment, a refund or your data. We usually reply within 1 working day.

Before you write

  • Include the email address you used on Saath, if you added one.
  • For a payment problem, include the payment ID, date and amount. The payment ID is in the confirmation SMS or email from our payment partner, or in your UPI app.
  • For a photo problem, tell us which look it was and what looks wrong.
  • Never send your card number, UPI PIN, OTP or passwords. We will never ask for them.

Many answers are already in our refund policy and privacy policy.

For privacy requests, or complaints that support has not resolved, write to our grievance officer. We commit to responding within 30 days.
