Terms of use

Saath (साथ) is run by Zobyt Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use Saath or buy a photo pack. By using Saath, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and refund policy.

What Saath does

Saath makes AI-generated pre-wedding photos from photos of a couple. You upload photos of both of you, choose the shots you want, buy a pack, and we create the photos.

You do not need to sign up to start. When you first upload photos, we create a private session on your phone. You can add an email address to get a sign-in link, so you can open your photos on another phone.

Anyone who can use your signed-in phone, or open a sign-in link sent to your email, can see your photos. Keep both safe.

Who can use Saath

  • Both partners must be 18 or older.
  • Both partners must agree to the photos being created.
  • You must give us true information, including when you confirm age and consent.

The photos you upload

You must own the photos you upload, or have permission to use them. Upload photos of only yourself and your partner. Do not upload photos of:

  • anyone under 18;
  • celebrities, politicians or other public figures;
  • anyone who has not agreed to it.

When you upload photos, you allow us to store and process them to create your photos, check their quality, and help you when you contact us. This permission ends when the photos are deleted.

What you must not do

  • Create sexual or nude images, or anything that sexualises a person.
  • Create images that defame, harass, threaten or humiliate anyone.
  • Create hateful content about religion, caste, gender, ethnicity or any other group.
  • Use the photos to deceive people: for example, fake identity documents or official records, impersonating someone, or misleading political content.
  • Break Indian law, or try to get around our checks, payments or security.

We may refuse to create a photo, stop a photo that is being made, or suspend access if we believe these rules are being broken. If our checks block a photo, the credit for it comes back to you.

AI-generated results

Every photo is made by AI. It is an illustrative, creative image, not a record of a real event. Do not use it as proof of who you are, where you were or that something happened.

Results depend on the photos you upload. Clear, well-lit photos give the best likeness. A photo may still have imperfections, such as hands, jewellery or background details that look wrong. We check every photo for likeness and quality before you see it, but no check is perfect.

If a photo does not look like the two of you, tap “Not us” and we will make it again for half a photo credit, once per paid photo. The refund policy has the details.

Who owns the photos

The photos you upload stay yours. We do not claim ownership of the photos we create for you. You may use them for personal purposes, including wedding invitations, save-the-dates, prints and social media.

We will not use your uploaded or created photos in our advertising, website or social media unless you give us separate, explicit permission.

Each shot starts from a real photograph: a professional photographer's work used with their permission, a licensed stock photograph, or a scene we created and reviewed ourselves. The place, pose and styling are shared, so other couples may get photos of the same shot. You may use your photos for the personal purposes above; the underlying photographs remain their owners' work.

The couples shown as examples on our website are AI-generated, fictional people. They are not customers.

Prices and payment

Saath sells prepaid packs of photo credits. One credit makes one photo. The current packs are:

  • ₹99 for 2 photos
  • ₹199 for 5 photos
  • ₹399 for 12 photos

Prices include GST. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. You pay only when you choose to buy a pack. If we change prices, the change does not affect packs you have already bought.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments sells the pack to you on our behalf and handles the payment, GST and refunds to your original payment method, so its name may appear on your bank or UPI statement. Credits are added once the payment is confirmed. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, then they expire.

How you get your photos

Photos are delivered digitally inside Saath. Nothing is shipped. Most photos are ready within a few minutes. If you have added an email address, we email you when they are ready.

Every paid photo includes HD download and sharing at no extra cost.

Refunds

When a photo fails, the credit comes back automatically. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. The refund policy explains every case and how long refunds take.

Deleting your photos and data

You can stop using Saath at any time. To delete everything, open the Account page and tap “Delete my photos and data”. This also removes any unused credits, so ask for a refund first if you are eligible for one. The privacy policy explains what we keep.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep Saath running and to deliver photos that look like you. We cannot promise that Saath will always be available, or that every photo will meet your expectations.

You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use and share the photos we create. We are not responsible for what others do with photos after you share them.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Saath is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other Indian law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and show a notice on the site when a change is significant. If you keep using Saath after a change, the updated terms apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly. For complaints about personal data, you can write to our grievance officer, listed on the contact page.
