What does RSVP mean on a wedding card?
RSVP is French for “répondez s’il vous plaît”: please reply. On an Indian card it means “tell us if you’re coming, and how many of you”.
In Hindi it’s “कृपया उत्तर दें”, or more warmly, “कृपया अपने आने की सूचना दें”.

Each family gets its own link, with only their functions. They choose how many are coming to each one, and the reply comes to your WhatsApp.

Why every function needs its own number
The haldi is close family, the sangeet is everyone’s cousins, and the reception is the whole office. The caterer, the hotel and the decorator each need the number for their night, not one total.
When to ask for replies
Ask for replies a week or two before the first function, and send one gentle reminder a few days before that date.

What does RSVP mean in a wedding card?
